A REALTOR in California, Alabama and Texas, Lisa also managed a local real estate office leading the way in recruiting, training and retaining agents. She ultimately became CEO for local REALTOR® associations in California, Alabama, and Texas.
Lisa received accommodation from NAR for her re-design of the Alabama Association of REALTORS GRI designation curriculum and from the California Association of REALTORS for her Jeweled Membership Program designed to help raise awareness for CREPAC. In addition, Lisa is a Certified Mediator through Pepperdine University School of Law, Certified Christian Coach through YKI Coaching and Professional Standards Instructor.
As the owner of The Principle Purpose School of Real Estate Studies, Lisa has written and delivered her courses throughout 3 states, including the IFBEPro designation program, found through IFBEPro.com.
Married over 35 years, she raised 3 children before losing her eldest to a teenage drunk driver on Father’s Day 2011. As a statewide speaker for MADD, she works diligently to eradicate this 100% preventable crime through Victim Impact Panels, training of counselors and law enforcement personnel and speaking engagements on awareness. She and her family honor JR’s life, legacy and memory through the Lance R. Martin Jr. Faith and Families Foundation which was established as a 501 c (3) foundation providing funding counseling services to those suffering from depression and traumas. Donna Hall has been a Mortgage Loan Originator in North Texas for more than 30 years. She grew up in Wise County and studied Accounting and Marketing at TCJC and UNT. As a VA LAPP Underwriter and FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter, she has completed numerous Fannie Mae, FHA and VA training programs.
Her career began as Accounting Manager for a major feed manufacturer; she got her Texas Real Estate license after purchasing her first home in 1978. Through her years in the business, Donna has trained and mentored numerous Mortgage Loan Originators and REALTORS®.
Donna has always had a passion for education and service – she was on the Board of Directors for the Texas Credit Union Real Estate Network for 8 years and served as President in 2011 and 2012. Donna’s been an active Affiliate Member of the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS® and was named the Association’s Affiliate of the Year in 1990 and 2015. She served as the 2016 Affiliate Director; chaired the Affiliate Business Council and has led and taught New Agent Training Task at the Association, since the program’s inception.
She’s served on the Board of Directors at The Nelson Center, a residential treatment center for abused children from 2003 to 2009 and a committee member and volunteer for Habitat for Humanity from 1997 to 2005.
Donna has been married to Garry Hall for 25 years, they have 3 grown sons and 5 grandchildren and reside in Copper Canyon.
Sarah Muniz graduated from the University of North Texas in 2002 majoring in Advertising and minoring in Marketing. Her first insurance position was in 2001 working for Statefarm where she learned the basics of the Insurance business. She earned her Insurance license in 2003 while pursuing her career with American National Insurance. In 2005 the Insurance agency she was working for with American National went Independent and she learned a whole new side of the business. In 2007 she took a position with Datcu Insurance Services and was the first agent hired into their brand new Insurance program by 2016 she grew the book of business from $0 to 7 million dollars. After 9 years growing other agencies business Sarah decided to partner with another Insurance company where she can continue to grow professionally.
Mark Pfeiffer is a Mortgage Loan Originator and a veteran of the mortgage industry since 2003. Mark is responsible for ensuring all loans originated offer competitive terms and close on-time. As a top originator both locally and nationally, Mark’s commitment to service is reflected in his unique approach to evaluating clients’ short-term payment objectives and integrate them with a long-term mortgage strategy that meets their overall financial needs. He assists clients with Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and home equity loans among others.
Mark grew up in Dallas and attended The University of Texas in Austin, where he obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Business Foundations degree. Mark is married to Caroline and is the proud daddy to 2 daughters.
Mark’s hobbies include golf (though not enough), hunting (a little), and adopt random interests (like guitar or RC helicopters – no, they’re not “toys”). In our pre-kid years, Caroline and Mark dominated the intramural scenes of flag football, kickball (yes, kickball), softball, and even dodge ball. So if you ever need a fourth for golf or a ringer for a dodge ball tournament, give him a call.
Summer Garrett is known for being enthusiastic, meticulous, and reliable. With over 15 years in the real estate industry she makes sure that her client’s needs are met in the utmost respect and attention to detail. Her background with over 13 years as a loan originator and the last few years in the title industry, yields a well-rounded real estate career.
Her experience in teaching and training her wealth of knowledge in marketing, networking and technology are notable across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Summer has made her home in Downtown Dallas and loves the hustle and bustle of high-rise living. In her spare time she runs the Katy Trail with her 4 legged fur baby, enjoys art, galleries, painting, drawing, creativity, music and playing guitar.
Philip Sears is a native Texan who grew up in the DFW area. He attended Colleyville Heritage high school then graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2011 (Woo Pig!). Philip has been with Perma-Pier Foundation Repair since 2015 and worked previously as a home utilities concierge with Green Mountain Energy. Philip enjoys spending weekends with family and friends, especially on the lake.
